The Wild Adoptees | Rhythms of Belonging Drumming Workshop
Join fellow Adult Adoptees for a day of connection, expression and exploring rhythms. Together, we will drum our little hearts out, letting each beat release negativity and replace it with joy. Through the rhythms, we'll improve ways we listen to each other and to ourselves. Come as you are, and leave with music that lingers in your body and community that resonates in your heart.
